Hi Norene,

The importance of providing a good content is paramount and you put it very well in your post.

Sometimes it is very difficult to assess what your readers will value the most.

I’s not always what I think anyway. Sometimes it’s the very opposite.

The only way to write posts is to be authentic, to always keep your readers in mind without forgetting to be yourself as well.

I find that when I do that, those who visit stay on for a considerable time.

not every one cares how long people spend reading their blog post,but I agree whole heartedly, its good content not qauntity that makes a blog worth visiting ,just so long that its not too long between posts

Hi Norene – it’s an old cliche I know, but “Quality Counts” !

I was particularly interested that you mentioned “pillar articles”. This is an expression that I have read in the writing of Yaro Starak. I think that this something we should all pay more attention to … “evergreen” content will always be more likely to attract more traffic.
